Laurels of Fulton is nestled in a beautiful, safe,
home-like environment. Our country setting with
a nearby lake and fenced-in courtyard gives you a
sense of belonging as soon as you enter the door.

Rehabilitation
The
professional staff at The Laurels of Fulton can assist
you in your transition from hospital to home.
With our individualized rehabilitation programs, we
specialize in helping you regain physical independence
after your stay in the hospital. We work with
your physician to design a personal "care
plan" to help you achieve the fullest recovery
and return home as soon as possible.
Skilled
Nursing
Should
you require an extended or short-term stay, we provide
the most advanced medical care available outside of a
hospital. We offer 24-hour skilled nursing care
and around-the-clock admissions. We work with
our guests, as well as their families, physicians and
social workers, to assure continuity of care.
Our
short-term stay services include rehabilitation,
respite and hospice care. We also offer a wound
healing program. The Laurels of Fulton team is
dedicated to providing quality services while making
you feel at home.
