Nestled
on a beautiful scenic tree-lined ridge, The Laurels of
GreenTree Ridge is conveniently located on the campus
of Care Partners Rehabilitation Hospital and less than one
mile from the local hospital. Our modern, yet
home-like surroundings with safe walkways, gardens and
woods provide a perfect setting for quiet time or
social gatherings.
Rehabilitation
The
professional staff at The Laurels of GreenTree Ridge
can assist you in your transition from hospital to
home. With our individualized rehabilitation programs,
we specialize in helping you regain physical
independence after your stay in the hospital. These
programs include physical, occupational and speech
therapy. Working closely with your physician, our team
designs a personal “care plan” to help you meet
your goals, achieve a full recovery and return home as
soon as possible.
Skilled
Nursing
Should
you require an extended or short-term stay, we provide
the most advanced medical care available outside of a
hospital. We offer 24-hour skilled nursing care and
around-the-clock admissions. Our short-term stay
services include rehabilitation, respite and hospice
care. If a lower level of care is achieved, The
Laurels of Summit Ridge is close by to offer
assisted living and independent living services.
