Interstate 85 and Highway 70. We are
conveniently located within a few minutes of the local
hospital. Our cozy, intimate atmosphere and
comfortable surroundings provide a perfect setting for
quiet time or social activities. Ample parking
is available for family and friends.
Rehabilitation
The
professional staff at The Laurels of Salisbury can
assist you in your transition from hospital to home.
An onsite evaluation begins this process of
goal-setting. With our comprehensive
rehabilitation programs, we specialize in helping you
regain physical independence after your stay in the
hospital. Our nursing and rehabilitation
departments work with your physician to develop an
individualized "care plan" to help you
achieve the fullest recovery possible.
Additionally, we have an orthopedic physician on staff
who makes patient rounds and provides ongoing staff
training.
Skilled
Nursing
Should
you require an extended or short-term stay, we provide
the most advanced medical care available outside of a
hospital. We offer 24-hour nursing care and
around-the-clock admissions for skilled, intermediate
and rest home levels of care. Our short-term
stay services include rehabilitation, respite and
hospice care.
